NBS is a Human Resources solutions Company specialized in the Recruitment of IT professionals. We are currently recruiting a Technical Support Product Expert for one of the main players on the telecommunications sector:
Descrição
Executes technical tasks requiring specialist skills in own professional area; Works independently with the responsibility for solving customer request cases and reporting according to processes; Identifies and solves technical problems. Shares knowledge in own professional area and towards GCC and CT by delivering input to the common knowledge database.
Procuramos
Degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics, Physics or similar). At least two years expertise in similar activities in development, system verification or technical; Good Knowledge of Telecommunication Technologies (SDH, OTN, DWDM, Ethernet, IP); Management Protocols (SNMP, Q3, Corba); Experienced in Optical Component or Network testing; Experiences in programming (mainly scripting);Operating Systems: Windows and Solaris well know; Tools: ICTS, VITAC and MR well known; English language fluent in and spoken and written mandatory; Basic knowledge in German or Finish language desired
